The U.S. EPA Region 1’s Southeast New England Coastal Watershed Restoration Program (SNEP) is expected to have another grant opportunity in late 2017 or early 2018.
Gulf of Maine Council Community-based Habitat Restoration Program.
The Gulf of Maine Council has funded restoration projects in Buzzards Bay in the past.
NOAA’s Habitat Restoration Center’s Grant Program.. Applications generally due in May. This has been a good source of funds for herring restoration projects in Buzzards Bay.

New England Grassroots Environment Fund.
This small grants program is designed to foster and give voice to grassroots environmental initiatives in the six New England states. Grants of up to $2500 are provided to fuel civic engagement, local activism, and social change.
Massachusetts DEP Municipal Recycling Grants.
For municipalities that have an interest in recycling, composting, hazardous waste (solid waste reduction) technical assistance grants and/or recycling and related equipment grants etc.
Mass Environmental Trust funding opportunities
